We use outdoor-bred pork sourced locally in Yorkshire, supporting ethical farming practices and reducing food miles. By prioritising local suppliers, we deliver quality while keeping our environmental footprint small.
Efficient and Low-Impact Logistics
Our lightweight, compact truck is easy to operate with just one person and consumes minimal resources. We only need one vehicle for stock and logistics, ensuring the lowest possible fuel consumption per event and reducing our overall impact on the environment.
